Established in 2010 and registered in Haishiwan town, Honggu district, Lanzhou, Gansu, China, Lanzhou Jinkaize Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is a limited liability company engaged in the research, development, production, processing and sales of carbon, graphite and other products. It is responsible for the sales business of its subsidiary company--Minghe Guangda Carbon Co., Ltd.. The company has more than 50 employees, including 3 staffs owns senior technical title, 6 staffs owns intermediate technical title and 7 staffs owns junior technical title. The main product of the company is electrode paste & large-size carbon & graphite electrode, which is widly used in the smelting industry, at the same time the company process and sell graphite electrode for steel-making industry, graphite crucible, carbon blocks and component which are applied in metallurgy, chemical, machinery and other industries. Annual designed production capacity of electrode paste is 110,000mt and now actual capacity is 60,000mt. Aunual production capacity of large-size carbon & graphite electrode is 20,000mt, for graphite crucible is 50,000sets. The company has successively passed ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification and attaches great importance to the quality management, batching system of production has achieved PLC controlled, and the electrode paste production owns the advacned quipment in industry. The process technology is mature & the automation and standardization degree is high, the inspection instruments, the safety and environmental protection facilities are completed, which provides a strong guarantee for product quality control. The physical and chemical indicators of the products are better than the national standards and have a good market reputation.
The company is acting as the authorized sales subsidiary of well-known graphite electrode production enterprises-Shanxi Sinsgae Carbon Material Technology Co.,Ltd. (former Shanxi Ximu Donghia Advanced Carbon Co., Ltd.)., for years with excellent product quality, good corporate reputation, perfect after-sales service, at present, with the domestic iron and steel enterprises such as Shougang Group, Xining Special Steel Co., Zhongyuan Special Steel Co., Shandong Baolong Petroleum Machinery and established long-term relations of cooperation.
